Immutable Laws of Mistakes

Going through old blog entries, and wanted to resurrect this:

The only one I personally feel can be disputed is law #3. If I create a bug in code, that no one has found but me, and I SHOULD have found because I may not have followed my normal procedures...to me is a mistake.
